Netflix and Duffer Bros are just a few hours away Stranger Things 4 In light of the deadly school shooting in Uwald, Texas, the series added a warning about the season’s content as it airs on streaming screens. Ahead of the auto-playing Season 3 recap that American audiences will see before the new season begins, the warning card reads: “We filmed this season of Stranger Things a year ago. The tragic shooting that took place. Texas, viewers may find the opening scene of Episode 1 distressing. We are deeply saddened by this unspeakable violence, and our hearts go out to every family mourning a loved one In.” In addition, the following text has been added to S04E01’s description: “WARNING: Contains graphic violence involving children”, while also adding “disturbing imagery” to the show’s rating recommendations. Additionally, the series’ opening 8-minute trailer depicts a violent and gory encounter involving Dr. Martin Brenner (Matthew Modine) & eleven (Millie Bobby Brown), including images of murdered children have been removed from YouTube.

So here is how Stranger Things 4 Breaking it down: Volume 1 (May 27) will include the first seven episodes; Volume 2 (July 1) will air the remaining two episodes, for a total of all nine episodes of the season. Get this now: The nine episodes total about 13 hours. Why did the last two episodes have to wait until the second volume? Because the two chapters are nearly four hours long. For a better sense of time, S04E07 is 1 hour 38 minutes, S04E08 is about 1 hour 25 minutes, and S04E09 is almost 2-1/2 hours).

Under the tagline “Every Ending Has a Beginning”, the previously released official key art for season four begins with Russia’s reunion with Hopper-Joyce. From there, we see Eleven returning to her worst nightmares in the second key art poster. In the third poster, some familiar faces are investigating the truth behind the Creel house murders. And the fourth poster takes us to Byers’ new life in California — one that’s about to be turned upside down. Because even though they are all in different parts of the world, there is still something that ties them together. Then we got the last poster to tie it all together. Difficult news? As The Duffer Bros revealed in a letter below, the series will wrap up with a fifth season.

When the third season ended and Hopper appeared to be dead, Byers and Eleven were ready to leave Hawkins. But as we’ve seen and become very clear in the clip below, Hawkins’ influence extends far beyond Indiana. So while Eleven is really looking forward to a great spring break with Mike, the outside world may have something to say about it (as you’ll see in the trailer below):
