The 4,230-square-foot house sits between her home and the property her ex-husband Kanye West bought to be closer to the four children they share together; North, Sight, St, Six, Chicago, Four and Psalm, Three .

While this may be a new love nest for her and boyfriend Pete Davidson, the purchase is more likely Kim’s desire to expand her own custom home, which is right next door.

“Kanye’s new house was demolished. He just bought it for the location,” a source told PEOPLE.

‘It’s near Kim and the kids. He had a vision for the house and planned to start construction as soon as possible.

Earlier this year, Kanye made a series of allegations that Kim prevented him from having full access to their four children – something the SKIMS tycoon denies.
